We have an independent Quality & Operations Management Department with 50-59 staff, covering booking, warehousing, customs clearance, transportation, and last-mile delivery control. The technical support team handles system integration, real-time tracking, and exception handling to ensure full visibility of shipments. We follow strict SOPs and quality assessment mechanisms, monitoring transit time, packaging safety, and compliance at every step to ensure efficient, safe, and on-time delivery.
Quality Control Procedures
Order Review & Booking: Verify cargo details (name, weight, volume, destination) and book compliant carriers per customer requirements. Warehouse & Inbound Control: Check marks, quantities, and packaging on receipt; store goods by category with separate management for fragile/battery items. Pre-Shipment Compliance Check: Audit customs documents and verify dangerous goods/battery compliance to avoid misdeclaration risks. In-Transit Monitoring: Full tracking with proactive updates at key milestones (loading, sailing, arrival, clearance, delivery); immediate response to exceptions.
